Hanrie Hill is an Executive Coach. Hanrie graduated from Stellenbosch University with a degree in Art Education.
She went on to study Psychology, and in addition has completed many courses including Enneagram Coaching and Social Media.
She is currently pursuing her M.Phil. in Executive Coaching.
Shane holds a Professional Masters Degree in Work Based Research: Coaching from the University Of Middlesex (UK), a
Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology (USA) and he is a practitioner member of COMENSA (Ex-Vice Chair Western Cape).
He is a professional leadership coach.
James has a B.Sc. (Psychology) from Wits University and an M.B.A. from U.C.T. His initial career was spent as a line manager in
Retail and Manufacturing organisations, specialising in HR and Training, and for the past 15 years he has worked with a wide
spectrum of clients as a Training Consultant, contract HR Manager and Organisational Development Specialist.
Lindie has a BA Degree in Value and Policy Studies from the University of Stellenbosch, Post-Graduate Diploma in Development
Management (Open University, UK) and Master of Science: Development Management (Open University, UK). Her speciality is Organisational Development, Management Training and Coaching.
Marilyn Scholtz graduated from Rhodes University with a BA degree (Industrial Psychology). She has accredited qualifications in:
Skills Development, Facilitation, Training Material Design and Development, Assessment design, and is an Assessor with the
Gen has been in the field of adult business training and development for 15 years. Her experience is diverse – from the financial
and banking industry to pharmaceuticals; mining; training institutions and the publishing sector, amongst others. She is passionate
about the field of adult training.
Brenda has a BA degree (University of KZN), Post-Graduate Higher Diploma in Secondary Education (UCT), NLP Master
Practitioner (UK Guild and NLPTA accredited), she is an Enneagram Practitioner and is an accredited Assessor. She has 15 years
of experience in facilitating (and project managing) people.
Thys is an organisation and leadership transformation facilitator. He has formal qualifications majoring in the areas of economics,
industrial psychology, organisation development and group process facilitation. His success has been as a result of his ability to
think and work at systemic and strategic levels.
Katja holds a BSc Degree in Computer Science, is a certified coach from the College of Applied Psychology in Cape Town, and
has spent 20 years working in various environments. She is committed to personal and professional growth. She guides individuals
and organisations to discover and commit to goals.
Marinde has been in training for 12 years facilitating various Soft Skills programmes. She has designed and developed many of
those Soft Skills programmes as well as assessments. She has also trained on the specifications and features of Nokia cellular
phones and insurance products.
Belinda is an experienced management consultant, trainer, facilitator and coach with Doctoral qualifications in Management, and a
strong background in all aspects of strategic and change management, project management, business management, organisational
diagnosis and restructuring, people development, diversity management, organisational and individual performance management, competency assessment, organisational transformation.
Lynne is a qualified Fashion & Image consultant, graduated from Technikon Natal with a national diploma in Food & Clothing
(majored in the clothing). She has an international diploma in Education, Training & Development Practices through Corporate
College International, and is a qualified assessor.
Bernie is a qualified and ACC accredited Coach with the International Coaching Federation, the professional body which monitors
international Coaching standards. Her goal in Coaching is to assist people to create their most productive and fulfilling life,
personally, professionally, physically and spiritually.
Luzanne is an accomplished Human Capital (HR) Management, Business Coach and Change Management professional. She holds
a Masters Degree in Management Coaching, Honours in Industrial Psychology and Bachelors of Arts in Communications.
Luzanne is passionate about empowering people through sustainable change.
George Phipps is a motivated, energetic, proactive, politically-aware, systems-thinking leader with over 30 year’s progressive
experience. His background lies is in Information Technology, Change Management and Human development. He has worked in a
wide range of organizations, both profit and non-profit in the UK, South Africa and Canada.
Sue has a B.A. from the University of Pretoria and an Honours Degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the
University of Johannesburg. She views and applies herself as a “life-long learner” as proven by the diverse selection of certificate
/diploma courses that she completed over the years.
